The Blairstown Bed Races were a community favorite back in the '90's that long-time residents fondly remember. Bed races originated in Knaresborough, UK in 1966, and have since popped up all around the world.
The Blairstown Fall Festival event is free community event. In addition to the beloved bed races, the event will also feature local crafters/vendors, food trucks, live music, a pumpkin pavilion (paint a pumpkin provided by Race Farms) and new to this year a scarecrow and carved pumpkin contest!
The BEC will bring back this cherished event to bring the community together for a fun and festive day and to raise funds for the restoration of the Footbridge Park, village district, and other projects to benefit the community at large. Attendance and parking are FREE!
