Sign up for the event before May 21 and your wine & charcuterie selections will be shipped to you. Your order will ship on Thursday, May 21 and should arrive by Friday (you may also pick up at the winery beginning Thursday afternoon), then join in via Zoom on Saturday, May 23 at 6pm for a guided virtual tasting and pairing.
Savory dry aged and smoked meats will be paired with both Villa Milagro's dry red, Incendio, and with its off dry Italian style red, Casi Dulce. Focusing on classic Italian favorites, featured will be abruzzese salami, proscuitto di parma, sopressata, capicola, colosso pastrami and mortadella. Examine how the intensity of saltiness and the level of savoriness changes when paired with a dry red, Incendio, vs. an off dry red, Casi Dulce.
