Warren County Wanderings

Starting May 20, 2021

The world would be a nicer place if everyone had the ability to love as unconditionally as a dog.” – M.K. Clinton

With two dog-themed events on the calendar this weekend, we seized the opportunity to feature a cute dog for this week’s cover photo! The puppy pictured above is Hackettstown resident Murphy, courtesy of Corey Tierney. Fans of Murphy know he’s changed a bit since this photo was taken a year ago, but he’s still as cute as ever, and enjoying hikes and other fun activities with his family.

While summer may not have officially arrived, it sure feels like it out there, and we all deserve a little treat once in a while. So if a craving for ice cream/Italian ice/gelato strikes, you can refer to our Sweet Treats page for suggestions, including the newly-opened Melt Ice Cream Bar, recently featured in local news.

Stay cool, and Happy Wanderings!
