A cocktail hour and eight-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by eight of New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Each course will be paired with one of Alba's estate wines beginning with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres al fresco, a VIP vineyard tour, and elegant dining overlooking the stunning grounds under a tent.
