Herb Vinegars, Oils, and Pesto at Well-Sweep Herb Farm

With the garden at its peak and an abundance of herbs – it’s time to harvest; come learn the basics on how to make your own herbal condiments. This class will feature the creation of two oils, two vinegars and a pesto to take home. Light refreshments will be served. Reservations are required. Cost is $38.
