Hillcrest Camera Club of Phillipsburg sponsors the first High School Student Photo Competition. The public is welcome. This competition will showcase the imaginative creations of the artistically-gifted students of Phillipsburg High School, Delaware Valley Regional High School, Voorhees High School, North Hunterdon High School and Hunterdon Central High School.
The competition will be held in the auditorium at the new Phillipsburg High School on Monday, April 10 at 7:30 pm. An Artist Reception will take place at 6:30 pm, prior to the competition, so those attending may meet the talented young photographers.
Each school will enter fifteen digital images, photographed by students of the Art and Photo Clubs. The assigned subject of the competition is Curves. The entries will be judged for creativity, composition, and overall image quality.
