Channel your inner winemaker and join Brook Hollow Winemaker, Paul Ritter, and assistant Winemaker, Nick Selitto for a fun night of wine blending and friendly competition.
Each person or team will be provided 4 sample bottles of Brook Hollow Wine to make their own custom blend. Once your final blend is completed all teams will sample and vote on their favorite 3 wines. The top three teams will be provided one 750 mL bottle of their custom blend to take and enjoy at home.
Sunday April 7 - Red Blending
Sunday July 28 - White Blending
Sunday November 24- Your Choice Red OR White Blending
Only team captains will receive the sample bottles to blend. Each team can be made up of a max of 4 members, one team captain ($50) and 3 additional team members ($15 each).

1. Light appetizers
2. Non-alcoholic drinks
3. 5% discount on bottles of wine only, can be combined with current half case (10%) and case (20%) discounts
