Hop in your car for the 2021 Fall Tour of Highlands Car Trek, this year featuring the historic bridges of the Highlands! This is a 75-mile tour of the forests, scenic vistas, rolling farm fields and quaint villages frozen in time. Registration begins at
Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long Valley, then follow the turn-by-turn route instructions, which include descriptions of the natural and historic features that combine with the region’s legendary natural beauty to make a memorable road trip with places you’ll want to revisit. This year’s trek will feature the quaint, historic stone arch and iron truss bridges that were featured in Skylands Visitor Magazine.
The trip winds up at Four Sisters Winery. There will be a photo contest with a prize; a free ticket to a Barefoot Grape Stomping from Four Sisters Winery! Tag us in your photo on social media, and may the best snapshot win!
