
Brook Hollow Winery has coupled with local restaurateur and accomplished Chef Elias Lahoud from Ellias Creative American Cuisine, to present an evening of fine cuisine and wine. Brook Hollow Winery Owner/Vintner, Paul Ritter, has provided his top five selling wines to Chef Elias, who was able to perfectly match the subtle wine flavors developed from the local terroir with a menu of five delectable samplings, that will guide your taste buds through an evening of sheer delight.
The evenings menu will include the following four main course samplings and conclude with the most decadent of desserts:
