Indulge in a midwinter tasting dinner made almost exclusively from ingredients grown on the farm. Precious greenhouse greens, sweet cellared root vegetables, fermented pickles, dried beans and grains, honey and eggs, and the best of last autumn’s harvest are crafted into creative courses designed to nourish and delight you ($75/person). Eaten family-style in a cozy farmhouse, this feast represents everything the CSG at Genesis Farm aspires to: highest quality food, warm community, and living in harmony with the land. Enjoy a live performance by Soular Bone, fire dancers, a bonfire, and so much more.
The proceeds from this event will go toward critical renovations to our barn as we transform it into a safe and comfortable space for the farmers and our community.
Please tell them if you are vegetarian or vegan. BYOB. Dress for the weather, since some of the festivities will be outdoors. Contact: csgardeninfo@gmail.com or (908) 362-7486 with any questions. Visit csgatgenesisfarm.com to learn more about the CSG at Genesis Farm.
