Each year, the Foodshed Alliance partners with premiere local chefs and restaurants to host our Farm-to-Fork Dinners Celebrating Local Farms and Food.
Each amazing event brings together the best of our area’s locally produced food to create dining experiences that are beyond comparison. Our local farms are most generous in providing the best they have to offer and our chefs/restaurants create menus that exude ingenuity and incredible dining pleasures. Often, our Farm-to-Fork Dinners feature the best local wine and beer with each course. Most important, our Farm-To-Fork Dinners are fundraisers for the Foodshed Alliance, bringing in much needed revenue that fuels our food-system work. The Foodshed Alliance is eternally grateful to the chefs/restaurants, farms and food producers who support our Farm-To-Fork initiative.

A cocktail hour and seven-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by seven of New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Expert winemakers from Alba Vineyard have hand selected each course’s pairing which will begin with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres and a VIP vineyard tour, and conclude with elegant dining under a big tent outside.
