Villa's three course dinner served as the sun sets over the vineyard, prepared by talented chef Wilson Patiño, owner of Rapaen Cuisine in Phillipsburg. Formally trained in Quito with experience in Peru, New York City and Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, PA, his meal will take you on a culinary excursion.
$80 per person. Free wine tasting 6:30-7, dinner served at 7pm.
Wine available by the bottle for purchase.
