Chef Kelly Carroll will be at it again cooking a delicious roundup of eight-10 tasting courses utilizing almost exclusively homegrown produce, beef, and honey from our farm.
Tickets to our Farm to Table Dinner are $110 per person and include:
-A hayride tour around the farm by one of the farmers (begins at 4:30 p.m. prior to the dinner)
- Admission to the New Jersey Sunflower Trail and 3 u-cut sunflowers (please visit prior to the dinner as the Trail closes at 6pm)
- Eight course tasting menu served tableside (we may add on an additional 1-2 courses depending on crop availability)
Von Thun Farms
Von Thun Farms is a 5th generation family farm on over 100 acres of preserved farmland. They have a farm market open Tuesday - Sunday from 10 am - 6pm.
