Come for a full day of creating with two artist taught classes, breakfast and lunch provided, plus all materials.
Join Andrea Gianchiglia for a beginner-friendly pastel morning focusing on foundational pastel techniques. Two small pieces will be offered.
After lunch, paint a spooky tree in watercolors with Doris Ettlinger. A good class for all levels and techniques include wet washes, soft transitions of color, applying color with sponges, layering pure pigment and splattering. A photo reference will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own tree image.
All materials needed will be supplied for the workshop. You are welcome to bring your own.
Class size limited to 20. Pre-registration is required by October 11.
