This 5.5-mile hike around the Merrill Creek Reservoir features mixed deciduous forests of the New Jersey Highlands and sweeping vistas of the ancient ridges that form Warren and Hunterdon Counties and learn about the history, geology and forests in New Jersey, including how the reservoir was formed and its role as part of the mountains and streams. There will be an optional gathering at Buttzville Brewing Company following the hike.

Musconetcong Watershed Association
The Musconetcong Watershed Association leads hiking and paddling trips and hosts River Talks on a wide variety of topics. We have a 4 Mile Run/Walk for the River the first Sunday in May and a Wine Tasting Event along the River the first Saturday in October.
