Hackettstown Hisotrical Society hosts "Jockey Hollow: The Hard Winter as seen through those who endured" presented by Stever Santucci. During the winter of 1779-80, more than 10,000 soldiers camped at Jockey Hollow in Morristown, enduring one of the coldest winters on record and demonstrating remarkable reslience and commitment to American independence. This is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
