Stop in for a stress free and fun Ladies Night Out hosted by Southwest Library. Students from the Warren County Technical School's Cosmetology Department will be providing mini manicures, hand/arm massages, nail art, hair braiding, and hair iron curling/straightening.
This is on a first come, first served basis.
This program is for adults ages 18 years and up.
