Public Presentation and Viewing of the Don Troxell Native American Artifact Collection. The community is cordially invited to a special viewing of a remarkable collection of Native American artifacts, all discovered right here in Merrill Creek's own backyard. For decades, lifelong Warren County resident and amateur archaeologist Donald Troxell carefully walked local fields and riverbanks, uncovering the history of the land's original inhabitants. This collection represents a lifetime of dedication and a deep respect for our local heritage. Come explore a diverse array of stone tools, arrowheads, effigies, and points that tell the story of the people who lived in this region long before us. Held in the MCR Visitor Center, 34 Merrill Creek Road.
