
Meg Lyding, trained through Circle of Chi by Master Lama Rasaji who lived and trained at the Darchen Lamasery in Tibet, shares a series of gentle, flowing, meditative movements done standing with balanced breathing. Meg who operates at a higher frequency, and is soft, focused and articulate. Tai Chi Gung helps us consciously connect to the energy of life within and around us, supporting health and wellness on all levels of being.
Tai Chi Gung is a regenerative system for health and longevity practiced by the Darchen Lamasery in Tibet and passed down unchanged through a 3,300 year lineage. It effects all systems of the body, helping to increase strength and mobility, support mental focus and stress relief, ground and balance energy, and connect mind, body and spirit.
Practice is done standing, is low-impact, and can be adjusted to suit physical ability. Props will be provided if needed. No yoga mat necessary.
