Menu: Liverwurst, Smoked Salmon, Deviled Eggs, Smoked Pork Chops, Sauerkraut, Sauerbraten, Red Cabbage, Potato Dumplings, Pork schnitzel in a mushroom cream sauce, and Potato Salad.
