
Calling all Halloween enthusiats! Abilities of Northwest New Jersey Inc. is embarking on their first Halfway to Halloween Costume Ball Saturday, May 3 at Mainline Catering and Events in Phillipsburg. Sponsorships are available and all proceeds support programs for individuals with disabilities and their families.
“If you’re a fan of ‘Halfoween,’ this is an opportunity to dust off your favorite costume and enjoy a fun night out while supporting our critical mission,” said Abilities CEO Cynthia B. Wildermuth. “Proceeds from the event will help fund our expansion into residential services, due to launch spring 2025.”
The following sponsorship opportunities are available to individuals, families, companies, and organizations:
- “Monster Mash” package ($10,000) covers admission, VIP parking, and drink tickets for 12 guests plus admission for 12 members of the Abilities family. It also includes a full-page ad in the program journal, acknowledgement on the event website and on social media, and a full year of recognition on Abilities’ homepage and all external communications.
- “Ghostly Gala” package ($7,500) covers admission for eight guests plus eight members of the Abilities family, a full-page ad in the program journal, and acknowledgement on the event website and on social media.
- “Fright Night” package ($5,000) covers admission for six guests plus six members of the Abilities family, a half-page ad in the program journal, and acknowledgement on the event website.
- “Witching Hour” package ($2,500) covers admission for four guests plus four members of the Abilities family, a quarter-page ad in the program journal, and acknowledgement on the event website.
- “Trick or Treat” package ($1,000) covers admission for two guests plus two members of the Abilities' family, a listing in the program journal, and acknowledgement on the event website.
Individual admission tickets are available for $125, and 50/50 tickets are $20 each. Anyone who would like to support the event, but can’t attend can purchase a ticket and donate it back to the Abilities family. A cash bar and live and silent auction, starting March 19, will also be available. Please register here.
