Dine in the Vines - Porchetta @ Villa Milagro

The final Dine in the Vines of 2025! Villa Milagro's monthly dinner series served overlooking the vineyard and panoramic views as the sun sets, concludes the 2025 season with a country style Italian meal featuring Porchetta - a whole roasted pork loin prepared by Chef Renee, owner of Franceso's Italian Ristorante in Phillipsburg (whose restaurant is named after Chef Franceso Soria of Italy, who trained him). The pork is sourced from The Pastoral Pig in Flanders, where all animals are free-range raised.
