
Hackettstown will be buzzing with holiday cheer during Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29, and Hackettstown Hometown Holiday weekend December 5 – 7.
Small Business Saturday is a chance to shop local businesses and like many small towns, Hackettstown is all in with a BID office Open House and prize giveaways, including the Spin-to-Win at the Wheel of Chance from 2-4pm. Light refreshments will be served. Festive holiday music will be playing by DJ S.C. 3.
The New Jersey Civic Ballet will be available for photos with the Nutcracker and other familiar faces while Kudos Barbershop Quartet will be wandering the town from 12-2pm.
Hometown Holiday Weekend starts December 5 with Holiday Bazaar Tent, open from 6-9pm.
The Holiday parade lines up at Berks Outlet on Main and Plane Street at 6:30pm, and steps off at 7p. There will also be a tree lighting and live entertainment.
Operation Toy Train will be making its stop in Hackettstown December 6, with Toys for Tots collection boxes all throughout the BID area.
Stop by Santa's Wonderland from 12-4pm, located at the Hackettstown Community Center and co-hosted by the Hackettstown Recreation Department.
Get in the spirit with holiday music on Main Street with DJ S.C.3 from 12-5pm.
Sunday, December 7 continues with the Kudos Barbershop Quartet performing throughout the BID Businesses 12-3pm.
The BID is introducing a Gingerbread House contest, new to Hometown Holiday this year, co-hosted with Vermella Hackettstown. Drop off is at 1pm with judging starting promptly at 2pm. All are welcome to view the houses and vote for Peoples’ Choice. Register your creation by November 21.
