Two Bell Ceremony-Laying of wreath by Lopatcong Fire Department; Public Roll Call (FRA Branch 115 members); Honoring Hometown Heroes - The 15 sons of Phillipsburg: Harry Pursel, Dominick Russo.
Lopatcong MS Choir and Phillipsburg HS Band will be performing.
