
It makes perfect sense that World Mental Health Day (October 10th) falls in Squirrel Appreciation Month and WC Park Naturalists are offering a peaceful oasis from stress and frustration, because the forests depend on squirrels for so many essential services!
Come for a fun hike in the woods to clear your mind and appreciate the tiny forest stewards, squirrels!
Oxford Mountain Natural Resource Area has a forested 1.5-2 miles loop trail, that will include sections of steep incline and decline. All ages are welcome, please bring water and wear appropriate clothing/shoes.
