Terms of Service for chance to win Giants tickets contest 11/19/2017
The contest opens October 30, 2017 and entries must be received by 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017. The Explore Warren County Tourism Partnership, a program of the Warren County Public Information Department, an agency of the County of Warren, NJ, (hereafter referred to as the Sponsor) will select the winner in a random drawing held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. The winner will receive two tickets to the Giants v. Kansas City Chiefs football game to be held on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at 1 p.m., in MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ. Each ticket has a face value of $160 for a total prize value of $320.
By participating, entrants agree to hold the Sponsor and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this contest, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor. The Sponsor and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to the winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, cancellation of the contest or any other cause.
Transportation is not included; the winner is responsible for his or her own transportation to and from the game. All costs and expenses not specifically listed in the above prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
Game tickets are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. In the event the game does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, no additional substitution or compensation will be provided.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
One entry per email account. Multiple entries from the same email account will result in disqualification of all entries from that account. Each participant must submit the entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Employees of the County of Warren, NJ and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or any other social network or platform.
The Sponsor is not responsible for an entry that is lost, undelivered or misdirected, or for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
The prize winner will be notified by telephone and email. The prize must be claimed within 24 hours. In the event that the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, another winner will be selected in a random drawing. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Entries submitted with an invalid email address and/or telephone number will be disqualified.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and for all fees and expenses associated with the acceptance, use and/or misuse of the prize not expressly included in the prize description.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The prize will be sent via email or may be picked up at the Warren County Public Information Department, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, NJ 07823 during business hours.
Decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the contest are final.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the ExploreWarren.org website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest. There is no substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent for prizes.
Copies of the written contest rules will be available up to 30 days after the end of the contest at ExploreWarren.org. You may also receive the rules by mail by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Explore Warren Contest Rules, Warren County Public Information Department, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, NJ 07823
