Apples in Winter, a play about mothers and sons, is the second play in the Centenary Stage Company’s Women Playwrights Series (WPS) . It's a moving drama of love and forgiveness written by Jennifer Fawcett. The series concludes next Wednesday, April 26 with Hitler's Tasters by Michelle Kholos Brooks.

Warren County History Expo
John General's documentary film, "Extra 1104 -The Story of the Rockport Train Wreck", is featured with three showings, plus a Civil War Encampment, and other aspects of Warren County's history including Indian artifacts, Morris Canal history, and genealogy. Free admission.
Group Hike on the PVT
The PVTC, a Friends Organization of the Kittatinny Valley State Park, will host a 4-5 mile hike along the Paulinskill Valley Trail. The cinder-based trail provides easy, level walking.

Farmers’ Fair Announces Call to Artists for New Juried Fine Arts Exhibit
The Warren County Farmers’ Fair has added a new Juried Fine Arts Exhibit during this year's Fair, July 29 through August 5, 2017, and is announcing a call to artists. The show is open to Professionals and Amateurs who are residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, 18 year or older. Categories include Class 1: Oils, acrylics, mixed media; Class 2: watercolors, gouche, casein, temepra; and Class 3: drawings, pastels. This is a unique opportunity for artists to exhibit work in the Warren County Farmers’ Fair.

This year’s Springfest features some unusual selections, such as Jabberwocky, based on the Lewis Carroll poem. The Saturday concert is in Phillipsburg.
