The Great Pumpkin Train
FINAL WEEKEND! When riding the Great Pumpkin Train, every child gets to pick his or her own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. Trips leave 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm. Also visit the Ol' Susquehanna Mine and or Corn Maze (additional fee required), and free use of the picnic grove.
The Winery Train
The Winery Train is back! Enjoy an afternoon trip along the scenic Delaware River behind New Jersey's only operating steam locomotive, then visit to one of New Jersey's most beautiful wineries, Villa Milagro Vineyards. Learn how grapes are grown and made into wine, then sample and purchase at the source. This season's Winery Train continues every weekend through October.

Annual Scarecrow Contest in Hackettstown
Hackettstown Business Improvement District, in partnership with WRNJ Radio, invites visitors and residents to take a Scarecrow Selfie at a participating business, and submit the photo to director@hackettstownbid.com or send a message through Facebook. The BID will create a Facebook photo album where everyone can vote for his or her favorite—one ‘like’ per person, per photo entry. Donaldson Farms' Fall Fun Harvest Weekends

A free walk-up flu vaccine clinic for adults age 19 and older, in the parking lot of Faith Discovery Church (Washington Area Senior Center).
