Warren County Museums Open
Join us for the season opening of the Jim and Mary Lee Museum at Plane 9 West in the Port Warren Heritage Area, Stewartsville, and visit the Warren County History Museum at Morris Canal Bread Lock Park in New Village, too. These two museums, both located at sites on the route of the old Morris Canal, are open and staffed by volunteers today, 1-4pm. Learn how the canal boats moved up and down the hills of northern New Jersey as they traversed the state from from Port Delaware – AKA Phillipsburg – to Jersey City. Walk the towpath trail, and learn about other aspects of Warren County's rich history.

Farmers’ Fair Announces Call to Artists for New Juried Fine Arts Exhibit
The Warren County Farmers’ Fair has added a new Juried Fine Arts Exhibit during this year's Fair, July 29 through August 5, 2017, and is announcing a call to artists. The show is open to Professionals and Amateurs who are residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, 18 year or older. Categories include Class 1: Oils, acrylics, mixed media; Class 2: watercolors, gouche, casein, temepra; and Class 3: drawings, pastels. This is a unique opportunity for artists to exhibit work in the Warren County Farmers’ Fair.
CSC Women Playwrights Series: Shame
Centenary Stage Company launches the 2017 Women Playwrights Series (WPS) with Shame, a fast-paced dramatic comedy about the secrets and cost of happiness, by Sholeh Wolpe. The three-week series continues with Apples in Winter by Jennifer Fawcett on April 19 and Hitler's Tasters by Michelle Kholos Brooks on April 26. All three shows are presented in the Lackland Center at 7:30pm, and admission is by donation but reservations are requested as seating is often limited.
