Hackettstown Main Street Halloween Parade & Trick or Treating at the downtown businesses. At 2:30, line up at Centenary University (400 Jefferson Street – corner of Jefferson & Church). Parade starts at 3, goes down Church Street, to Main Street, and ends at the Main Street Gazebo. Kids are sure to have a good time. Enjoy in on the fun and come on by.
