This unique and educational bat presentation from Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Warren County is back by popular demand! Learn about these fascinating, yet misunderstood creatures. Rutgers Wildlife Conservationist Kathleen Kerwin will share the facts and dispel the myths surrounding these little winged-mammals. Then, get into the field on an evening walk using echolocation technology to identify the bats in the area. All participants will be entered in a drawing to win their own bat house to take home. Children are welcome to attend and light refreshments will be served.
