This bi-state cultural festival will be held in Easton's Scott Park and Phillipsburg's Riverside Way. There will be kids activities, live music, food vendors, beer tents, cultural fashion show, a Best Guacamole in the Valley contest, and the 2016 Miss PA American Beauty will even be there for photos! See the fashion show in Easton, walk the bridge to Phillipsburg to judge the guacamole contest in Phillipsburg at 3PM, then walk back to Easton for the best Latino bands from all over PA/NJ, and fireworks at dusk!
