Cabaret Café: Sing Me a Love Song

Saturday, October 8, 2016 - 7:00pm

Warren County Community Singers present Cabaret Café, their annual showcase of soloists and small groups in the fellowship hall of Grace Lutheran Church in Phillipsburg. The theme of this year’s Cabaret Café is Sing Me a Love Song. Singers will perform their favorite love songs accompanied by Hunter Chadeayne, WCCS director; Ann Hoyt, associate director, and Bob Riday, former director.

The singers will also show their skills at baking with desserts and coffee available free of charge. Suggested donation for cabaret is $10 for adults and $5 for children.

Community Singers is a non-audition group that rehearses from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays from September through April at the First Presbyterian Church of Washington. Concerts are the first weekends of December and May. Saturday evening concerts are at Grace Lutheran and Sunday afternoon concerts are at Washington Presbyterian. New voices, especially men, are always welcome. Members range from high school age to senior citizens. Warren County Community Singers are partially funded through a grant from the Warren County Cultural and Heritage Commission.
