Cacao Ceremony at Gaia's Gifts

Friday, March 23, 2018 -
7:00pm to 10:00pm

Together we connect into the Sacred energies of the Cacao plant and through gratitude, meditation and play we will bring the Love of the Heart of the Universe into our own hearts to share in the JOY and LIGHT of who we truly are!

Ceremony Preparation: Please plan to stop consumption of caffine at 12 pm on the day of ceremony. To deepen your connection to the Cacao I also would suggest fasting at least 6 hours prior to ceremony. Also, bring something to place on our sacred alter and if you desire, bring a drum or rattle.  Lastly, bring a snack that we can share after ceremony.

It’s thought cacao was first used as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine as far back as 1900 BC by the ancestors of Central America, the Olmec people, before becoming a ritualistic medicine used by the Aztec and Mayan cultures.

Cost is $20 per person. Please preregister by contacting Pat Miller at patmiller4spiritflight@yahoo.com, call the shop 908-223-1331, stop by in person (we always like that) or email Ellen at enlightenedeffulgence@ymail.com.
