Jenny Boeckel, from Rose & Fig, will guide you through assembling your very own charcuterie board. You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts. and other accompaniments. Learn how to make a salami rose, salami river, cutting & styling techniques for your cheeses, and how to present fruits and accompaniments with style. $65/person. Purchase tickets by June 17.
