Learn to discern fruit and other flavor notes characteristic of wines. Discover how to taste levels of tannins, acids, and oaks in wine. Experience and understand your own food and wine preferences. Become a mini-wine-snob and drive your friends and family crazy with "significant" details!
Offered 1-3pm three weekends in March (March 4-5, 18-19 and 25-26), with class size limited to 24, the $30/person fee includes class handouts, tasting materials, instruction, wine tasting, gift monogrammed wine glass and a 10% student discount on purchase of two or more bottles per student.
