Dinner choices are as follows: "Rock Creek Style" chicken cordon bleu served with mashed potatoes, pan gravy and steamed vegetables; slow cooked prime beef stroganoff served over egg noodles or orange maple glazed salmon, served over rice pilaf with roasted brussel sprouts.
