Dinner this month is prepared by their newest eatery in Washington, Empanada Mamasita, who will create a Cuban meal consisting of rice, beans, chorizo and picadillo followed by a Cuban pastry and beverage. Please support this important project – it is changing lives in a village that has no support from their government.
Ghana 4E is a Washington, NJ based non profit organization working with students in Ghana, Africa. We are building classrooms in Omanjor, Ghana and we send donated computers and accessories, along with clothing, shoes and non perishable food. The shipments go directly to the Ghanaian Director of operations. The computers will be used to teach primary students computer skills and older students computer repair skills so that they will have the tools needed to thrive. The program is self sustaining since the students of computer repair will pass their skills on to the next student and work together.
