Dine alfresco in Row 51 of the vineyard, with the meal prepared by Chef Francesco Sorgiavanni of Francesco's Italian Restaurant in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Short ribs prepared osso bucco style will anchor this dinner full of fall flavors. Come Savor!!

Pumpkin cheesecake with cranberry sauce (pumpkin from Synder's Farm, Carpentersville, NJ)

Free wine tasting during Fromage, and wine is available by the glass or bottle for purchase. The ticket includes a wine glass to take home.
