This promises to be a night to remember as it will be Four Sisters Winery's first Farm-to-Table Dinner featuring produce from local farms and the winery's own wines - including a serving of Apple Port Wine, Captain's Choice.
Farm-to-Table dinners have a special ambiance with an open air feast bringing together gifts from the land. From Dry Aged 100% Grass Fed Beef from Beaver Brook Ranch, (Hope, NJ) to Jersey Fresh vegetables from Henslers Farms and Mackey's Orchard (Belvidere NJ) and Artisian Cheeses from Fulper Family Homestead (Lambertville, NJ). It's a four course meal to include wine pairing and music featuring Kate Cherichello & Hunter Chadeayne.
