Dinner includes succulent pork fresh from the roaster, BBQ ribs, chicken thighs hot off the grill, baked beans, coleslaw, Cesear Salad, rolls and a lemon cake topped with a Strawberry Serena glaze (made with Strawberry Serena wine, named after one of the four sisters).
The winery will also offer strolling vineyard and wine cellar tours. Wine tasting will feature Papa's Red, a dry Chianti-style wine named after Matty Matarazzo's grandfather, Pop's Port named after his father and Captain's Choice, named after Matty. Strawberry Serena will also be available for tasting along with 20 other wines from which to choose.
