Brook Hollow's Featured event welcomes world class musician and recordings artist Vince The Prince Seneri for lite food and wine pairing. Wines will include Brook Hollow Winery's Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay!
Your ticket of $25 includes a glass of Chardonnay paired with a grilled chicken salad topped with a chardonnay vinaigrette followed by a bed of creamy fettuccini alfredo topped with seasoned shrimp, a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon paired with two smoked ribs served over whipped mashed potatoes followed by sliced smoked brisket alongside homemade rainbow coleslaw.
The evening will conclude with a surprise dessert sample paired with a tasting of our newest wine, Dessert Frontenac Blanc.
