These classes will include gentle movement to warm the body, a variety of postures for strengthening muscles and creating improved flexibility, breath awareness practice for quieting the mind and increasing energy, and deep relaxation. You will learn a variety of hand postures, which have benefits such as improving digestion, decreasing anxiety and more.
Mary offers modifications as needed so the practice is made accessible to your individual needs.
