Get dressed up and into the "Spirit of Halloween"! Hometown Halloween is family fun for kids of all ages featuring a kid's costume contest and a pet costume contest. Gather in the Pocket Park by the town clock at 44 E. Washington Ave. Prizes awarded at 4:30pm. Dove Environmental will be at Celestine's Catering Company with free spooky crafts to make and take. Trick or Treating in the shops from 3pm to 5pm and DJ will be spinning some Halloween tunes.
