Bring your mat to Rutherfurd Hall and begin the Holiday Season with tranquility, harmony and serenity. Jean Marie will take us through a sound meditation journey, along with silence. Questions will be answered at the end. Optional: a half hour of gentle Yoga before meditation if you choose; Yoga begins promptly at 5:50 and ends 6:20. $25 for meditation, $10 for Yoga.

Historic mansion visited by FDR open for tours every Wednesday at 11am, 12pm and 1pm. Concerts are free to the public with a recommended donation of $10, Tea & Talk lecture series, Film Night, summer camps and more.
