Workdays at Plane 6, Port Colden are scheduled for the following Saturdays: December 2, 9 & 16. The group will continue our work to clean out the turbine chamber, build stairs to access the towpath, and clean up areas that have canal related stonework.
In order to avoid too much vehicle traffic at the site please meet at the Port Colden Mall parking lot at 9:00 to car pool to the site. Necessary tools will be provided. Volunteers who have not already done so will need to fill out Parks Foundation waiver forms.
*** Volunteers should let us know if they plan to attend so we can better plan the work and can contact them if we cancel due to weather.
