Arthur O'Feer was a famous horror writer who claimed his stories were told to him by the ghosts in his mansion. This mansion. For that his family had him institutionalized. Arthur tragically died trying to escape the Seaside Mental facility one year ago. His body was badly damaged on the rocky shoreline. Arthur said he would return to his mansion one year after his death. Tonight will be his night!
