Sample our Estate White and Red wines to accompany some lovely food pairings by Chef Kevin Knevals of famed Osteria Morini from Bernardsville. A deliciously decadent pairing of hand-made chocolate ganache created by "JP" of Chocodiem in Clinton,designed to compliment our dessert wines. Assorted artisan Belgian truffles will be available for purchase.
