Raritan River Music presents Newman & Oltman Guitar Duo

The 33rd Raritan River Music Festival, winner of the National Award for Adventurous Programming from ASCAP/Chamber Music America, will present a series of four concerts throughout the month of May. These concerts will be live in-person and streaming online.

Ensemble in residence at New York’s Mannes School of Music for 35 years, RRMF founders Newman & Oltman featuring Yenne Lee, Hannah Murphy, and Phil Goldenberg lead a concert of Mannes alumni and faculty performing new music by top composers well known to RRMF audiences including Leo Brouwer’s (Cuba) new RRM commission entitled “Through the Looking Glass;” Clarice Assad’s (Brazil) “Dusty Grooves;” and Yenne Lee’s arrangement of her 19,000,000-view YouTube sensation “Autumn Leaves.”
