Join Mary Moses, E-RYT, and owner of Awakening Point Yoga Studio (soon to be Awakening Point Wellness), for a day of yoga, massage and communing with nature at the beautiful Orchard View Lavender Farm in Port Murray. This day retreat includes guided yoga and meditation with Mary, a 15 minute massage or Reiki treatment with Lauren, group discussion, a healthy lunch, and time to walk the gardens and browse the store. Registration is limited to 10 participants. Lauren Kiley of Elements of Thyme, LLC, will provide therapeutic massage and Reiki. Cost is $75 per person.
